This workshop is all about energy clearing! Topics covered include: What's in your energy field, how to clear your energy (mind, body and aura), and how to know when your field is clogged or compromised. You will leave the workshop with a personal plan and an understanding of how a clearing practice lends itself to better decisions, increased energy and clarity, improved communication in relationships, and general ease getting through the day.
We will close with an energy clearing meditation to get you started with your practice!
From the Ashes: A Tower Moments Workshop
The Tower card in Tarot signifies sudden change, chaos, and upheaval. Some Tower Moments can be anticipated, but most are sudden and unexpected. Some force a pivot, while others seem to generate a fire, burning everything to the ground. What all Tower Moments seem to have in common is that they offer an occasion to reset your life in powerful ways.
Through guided meditation, journal prompts, and practical advice, you'll learn how to interpret, pivot from, and embrace the lessons that are knocking at your door.

What I Love About Teaching
I love to teach because I love to learn, and I find that explaining nuanced concepts to someone else is the best way to learn something thoroughly for myself! I also love to see someone's face light up with a new understanding that helps them remember who they are, where they're going and what they came here to be and do. My first experience with teaching was at the age of 22, when I taught undergraduate psychology classes at my alma mater in Missouri.
With four planets in Sagittarius in my natal chart, I am naturally curious, philosophical and adventurous. For me, these adventures happen in the mind and spirit as well as in the body. Please consider this a warm welcome to adventure with me!
